Vijuraj Eranazhath

Vijuraj Eranazhath specializes in driving leadership transformation at the intersection of technology and operations. Based in Mumbai, Vijuraj leads the Operations Officers Practice in Asia for Russell Reynolds Associates and is a senior member of the Industrial & Natural Resources Sector. He works with domestic and multinational corporations on CEO, COO, CHRO and other senior leadership roles.

Recent projects include identifying a business leader for an electric mobility company going through hyper-growth and completing leadership succession planning across businesses and functions for a large automotive component player.  With more than a decade of management consulting experience, Vijuraj has extensive experience in strategy formulation, organizational change, operational improvement and on-the-ground implementation. 

Vijuraj was previously a project leader with The Boston Consulting Group and spent six years with KPMG Management Consulting, working across sectors ranging from financial services to telecom.
