Tina’s recent work has included search and consulting including recruiting diverse board directors and advising on board governance of DEI. Tina founded the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Capability at Russell Reynolds Associates, and under her leadership, the DEI practice has launched Equitable Search Practices © and Equitable Succession Practices© to deliver diverse and inclusive slates through equity practices. She also leads the Asian Directors Initiative and related partnerships.
Tina has thirty years of industry experience. She joined RRA from the Talent Advisory Board, a boutique research and management consulting firm she founded. As managing director, Tina advised clients on managing a diverse workforce. Earlier, she was a senior director at the Corporate Executive Board and was instrumental in building the Corporate Leadership Council Solutions people analytics business. Tina started her career in organizational strategy design at McKinsey & Company and has worked in sales and marketing at Procter & Gamble and The Clorox Company. Tina was also CEO and Board Chair at zBox Company, a venture-backed, tech-based package delivery appliance producer whose product line was later acquired by Whirlpool.
