René Ben Siebert

René Ben specializes in C-suite and senior executive searches focusing on manufacturing, retail, hospitality and service industries. He serves clients in executive search projects, working globally with privately owned and publicly listed companies. Functionally, his experience covers general management, marketing and sales, digital, supply chain / operations, and finance roles. Beyond his sector and functional expertise, René Ben heads the firm’s Japan desk in Germany. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, René Ben spent several years with other leading global executive search firms, supporting senior executives in leadership advisory projects. Prior to his career in executive search, he gained work experience in the fashion and luxury retail industry.
