Mark Spencer Klimmek

Based in Germany, Mark Klimmek leads the Berlin Office of Russell Reynolds Associates.

Mark partners with private equity clients and with businesses in the consumer, media, and technology sectors across Europe to identify and develop growth-minded executives, board members, and leadership teams. In addition to executive search, he works closely with executives, coaching them through leadership assessment and development, CEO succession planning, and digital transformation.

Previously, Mark was a Principal with another global executive search firm, where he co-led the European Tech Private Equity practice.

Prior to that, Mark was a Managing Director at German TV broadcaster ProSiebenSat.1, with responsibility for building its digital commerce portfolio. Before that, he served as the Managing Director of Westwing Home & Living, a pan-European online furniture startup, expanding its activities in Russia. Earlier in his career, he held the roles of consultant with McKinsey & Company in Munich and Vice President of the GP Bullhound technology investment bank.
