Kinga Peers helps clients define and guide their HR leadership strategy. Based in London, Kinga works across industries and geographies to help organizations recruit Chief People Officers and other dynamic human resources leaders. This includes a focus on emerging HR talent and succession planning. Kinga has extensive experience in human resources and leadership developing, which she leverages to provide clients with tailored solutions to their most pressing leadership challenges.

Kinga joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Vodafone in London, where she most recently was Head of HR, Partner Markets. In this role, Kinga supported Vodafone’s alliances with more than 50 telecom operators around the world and was responsible for advising and working with their HR Directors across disciplines, including people and digital transformation. Kinga began her career at UBS in New York before relocating to London to support the UBS Wealth Management and Global Asset Management businesses.
