Based in Melbourne, Katherine leads the Human Resources Officers Practice in Australia for Russell Reynolds Associates. She leverages a deep background in strategic frameworks and organization psychology to identify, assess, recruit and develop top executive talent. Katherine has a passion for attracting, developing and advising outstanding leaders who are equipped to support organizations in which competitive advantage hinges on workforce agility and high-performance cultures.

Katherine previously served as the Executive General Manager for People and Transformation at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO). She was responsible for developing company culture and human resources strategy. She also served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Bellamy’s Organic and UXC, two companies listed on the ASX. She began her career with PwC in Human Capital and Transformation Consulting.
