Dana specializes in executive assessment, succession planning, executive coaching and development, and high potential identification. Based in San Francisco, she partners with clients on assessment and advisory assignments across industries, with a focus on the Technology Sector. Dana also brings expertise in the design of scalable talent assessment and analytics capabilities that help drive value through optimizing leadership effectiveness.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Dana was the head of leadership assessment and effectiveness at Google, where she stood up robust assessment platforms and supported leadership development and succession planning across Alphabet. She has also held roles at Korn Ferry, where she led their talent research and analytics and global search assessment sectors, and at UCLA, where she served as head of doctoral career programs.
