Bradlee Benn

Bradlee Benn co-leads the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Practice in the Americas and is a senior member of the firm’s global Financial Services, FinTech and Board of Directors Practices. He specializes in business strategies across various sectors of financial services with a particular focus on financial officer and corporate officer roles. He is recognized as a trusted client advisor helping leading financial services firms identify, recruit and manage top talent. Bradlee is based in New York.

Bradlee joined Russell Reynolds Associates from JP Morgan, where he was a leader within the Global Corporate Bank’s Merchant Services Group. In this role, he was responsible for the relationship management, business development and sales of merchant banking and payment processing products and services for multinational clients. Earlier, Bradlee spent more than 12 years at American Express in roles of progressive seniority, ending his tenure as VP of Business Development in their Global Client Group. In this capacity, he was responsible for business development and relationship management for American Express’ largest global retail clients. Bradlee also served as an executive at venture-backed mobile technology company, Thread Mobile. He began his career as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton.
