Suzzane Wood specializes in board-level finance and Non-Executive Director recruitment for leading global organizations across sectors. Based in London, Suzzane has extensive search and leadership assessment experience, including CFO succession planning for public and private organizations. Over the last decade, Suzzane has completed countless financial officer assignments for Russell Reynolds Associates, establishing herself as a leading voice in her community.

Suzzane currently serves on the Board & CEO Advisory Partners Sector and previously led the European Financial Officers Practice. Suzzane has more than 30 years of experience as a trusted advisor, working with boards on financial officer appointments and succession planning/team assessment.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, she was Head of the European Financial Officers Practice at a leading global executive search firm. Earlier, Suzzane established the CFO practice of a specialist global search firm, where she was a Partner.
