Mina Paul

Mina Paul leads senior executive searches and advisory assignments across a wide range of sectors, leveraging her more than a decade of experience to provide clients with tailored solutions. Based in Dubai, Mina works with companies of various sizes and geographies, serving as a trusted advisor to both regional and multinational institutions. These include companies in the consumer products and services space, including consumer digital, retail, luxury, leisure and hospitality, among others. She also has experience in the technology, industrial, healthcare and government space. During her career, Mina has specialized in change management, stakeholder alignment and transformational initiatives.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, she worked for another leading international search firm, where she was director of enhanced search for the EMEA region. During this time, she was part of a global change management team and responsible for the roll-out of strategic initiatives. Mina also held search and research director roles in Dubai and completed approximately 300 successful appointments. She began her career in Human Resources at Canal+ and later worked with the French Ministry of Employment.
