Laura Mantoura

Laura Mantoura advises companies across industries on their CEO succession, leadership development, board search and advisory needs. Based in Stamford, Laura co-leads the Women on Boards initiative in the United States for Russell Reynolds Associates. She has specific expertise in corporate governance, board and director evaluations, strategic board refreshment and diversity mandates.

Laura works for a broad spectrum of companies in both size and geography and has on-the-ground experience in the United Kingdom, France and Spain. Laura brings nearly two decades of experience to clients, including more than a decade at Bain & Company, where she held a variety of talent development and management consulting roles in London and San Francisco. She began her career as an analyst in JPMorgan’s Investment Banking M&A division. She also served as a board consultant at a boutique board-level executive recruitment firm in London.
