Kristi Walters

Kristi Walters advises real estate firms on the structure and development of forward-thinking leadership teams. Based in Dallas, she partners with clients to assess and identify leaders – CEOs, presidents, CFOs and heads of business lines – who will advance strategies and strengthen their position in the market place.

Kristi has extensive experience working with companies across the real estate spectrum including developers, owners, operators, and investment managers, REITs, and debt and equity sources. She is also actively engaged in Russell Reynolds Associates' NextGen initiatives, leading efforts to develop the next generation of financial officers across the United States. With more than two decades of search and advisory experience, Kristi is a trusted advisor to clients with long-standing relationships.

Prior to joining RRA, she founded Walters Associates, a boutique retained search firm. Earlier in her career Kristi worked at another global executive search firm and a boutique firm, advancing through research to leading client engagements. She has also held roles at SCA Consulting (now part of Mercer Consulting).
