Florence Ferraton

Florence Ferraton focuses on leadership advisory and executive search for consumer companies, including consumer products, retail and luxury, and leisure/hospitality.

Florence has considerable experience advising clients on CEO and executive committee succession planning as well as board work.

Based in Paris, she leads several global key client relationships for the firm and is a core member (European coordination) of its global Family Leadership Advisory practice.

Prior to this, Florence held a number of leadership roles at Russell Reynolds Associates, including France General Manager and leading the firm’s Consumer Sector globally.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Florence worked in various sales and marketing roles for the Dow Chemical Company in Paris and at its European headquarters in Zurich. She joined Russell Reynolds in 2004.
