With over 25 years of consulting and corporate experience, Dee has worked with leaders across a broad range of industries in Australia and throughout Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Americas.
Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Dee held leadership roles in talent management and business psychology consulting firms in Australia and the UK. Earlier in her career, Dee held a global talent management role for one of the world’s largest FMCG companies.
