Prior to this appointment, Beatrice was a Managing Director and consultant with the firm for more than 25 years. She is widely recognized as a trusted advisor to senior executives in some of the world's most storied brands, from family owned to publicly traded, and has been instrumental in helping those companies advance their global growth through outstanding leadership. During her tenure at the firm, she served as a co-leader of the Consumer Industry, as well as a member of the Executive Committee and Nominating Committee.
