Adelin Choy

Adelin Choy recruits and assesses human capital and talent management for a wide variety of organizations. Based in Hong Kong, Adelin services clients across business and professional services, consumer, technology, banking, private equity, and industry segments as part of the Financial Officers Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. She has also worked with companies ranging in size from multinational corporations, NGOs and regional clients.

Adelin joined Russell Reynolds Associates from a private equity search firm in London, where she was responsible for conducting investment professional searches across all levels of seniority, as well as identifying potential clients in Asia. Earlier, she started her own wine trading business and worked for a Chinese investment company mainly focused on business development activities in Africa.
