Yvonne Lu

Yvonne Lu is Co-Lead of the Global Biopharma Practice. She partners with growth-orientated biotech and pharmaceutical companies to build visionary leadership teams across major growth inflection points. Based in San Francisco, Yvonne advises Boards, Venture Firms and CEOs in the US and Asia Pacific on talent, culture and organizational transformation topics. She is also building the cross-border talent bridge between Asia and US/Europe biopharma, advising clients on establishing best-in-class leadership teams that can operate seamlessly in today’s global environment.

Yvonne worked as a management consultant in the life sciences industry before joining Russell Reynolds Associates. Most recently, she served as the global head of the talent service team for a-connect, a global consulting firm. She started with the company in its Zurich office as a director and lead of the EU Life Sciences Practice, where she helped expand the firm’s business in Europe, the US and Latin America. She began her career with ZS Associates in California as a consultant.
