Tuck Rickards is a senior member of our Board & CEO Advisory Partners, focused on CEO succession and Board advisory work for technology companies and transformational businesses.
Tuck splits his time between San Francisco and Boston, working closely with technology companies and investors across the growth curve, ranging from venture capital and private equity backed businesses to scaled public companies. He also advises Global 1000 organizations across all industries which are being transformed by technology, digital and AI.
In his 20-plus years with the firm, he has served in a number of leadership roles including oversight of the Global Technology Sector, Digital Transformation Practice and Bay Area/Boston offices. Tuck is an active member of the Sustainability and DEI practices, with a focus on Tech for Good and Social Impact. He is the author of numerous thought pieces related to technology and digital transformation and is a member of the Fast Company Executive Board.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Tuck was Founder and CEO of Virtual Emporium Inc., a venture-backed ecommerce company. He was previously with Harman International as Product Manager, Multimedia Accessories, where he launched their OEM business. Earlier in his career, Tuck was a Vice President in the Consumer Group at Montgomery Securities, a Consultant with Corporate Decisions and a Financial Analyst with Goldman Sachs in New York and Australia.
