Stephen Schoenberger

Stephen Schoenberger is a member of the firm's Industrial and Energy and Natural Resources Practices, with a primary focus on the automotive, chemical, materials and general industrial sectors. Based in Boston, he specializes in general management, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and R&D searches. Stephen has completed CEO and COO searches for Fortune 500 companies, Chinese SOEs, private equity firms, and venture-backed startups in the automotive, chemicals and materials spaces. He has focused on helping companies grow in new areas around electrification, autonomous vehicles, battery technology and new materials.

Stephen originally joined Russell Reynolds Associates in the firm's Shanghai office, before relocating back to Boston. He has extensive experience working with global automotive, industrial, and chemical and material clients across the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Prior to this, Stephen worked for General Motors in product strategy and corporate development roles.
