Stephen has designed and delivered unique and long-term successful leadership succession and development programs for many of the world’s leading corporations.
Based in Sydney, Stephen leads the Board & CEO Advisory Partners in Asia Pacific for Russell Reynolds Associates. He brings more than 20 years of international experience to clients, excelling at board and CEO succession planning, executive development, review and advisory services. He was previously a global partner at Deloitte based in the United Kingdom, where he led the firm’s collective leadership consulting offerings worldwide.
Before that, Stephen was the global managing partner of board and leadership consulting services at another executive search firm. At the beginning of his career, Stephen was an officer and pilot in the British and Australian militaries.
