Stacey brings a broad perspective across the organizational life cycle, advising boards and CEOs from pre-IPO through growth and maturity. She understands how to assess and develop leaders and cultures in alignment with strategy.

Based in Atlanta, Stacey’s recent work has focused on CEO and executive team succession planning and leadership development. She works across industries, including financial services, industrial and consumer. Stacey works with boards and CEOs in building best-in-class leadership teams, helping them identify leaders who will thrive and success over the long term. Her work spans leadership development, talent benchmarking, succession management, executive hiring and M&A. Along with these roles, Stacey advises CEOs and boards around issues related to driving cultural change and facilitating culture integration in the context of M&A.

She has worked at Russell Reynolds Associates for more than 12 years, joining the firm after earning her doctorate degree. Stacey possesses deep experience in personality testing and research, consulting with The College Board and presenting at numerous professional conferences including the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Stacey received her BA in psychology from the University of Michigan, and her MS and PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Stacey holds a Hogan Assessment Certification.
