Shannon joined Russell Reynolds after 15 years at Duke Corporate Education, where she designed and delivered global executive education programs for Fortune 200 companies. Shannon's research and teaching centered around communication, influence, and complex stakeholder management. Shannon worked in more than a dozen countries and led business development for North America.
