Ryosuke joined Russell Reynolds from IBM Japan, where he led and managed a variety of digital transformation and cloud application deployment projects. He worked in the business services and business development divisions, advising customers in the telecom, consumer products, retail, and public sectors. Earlier, he worked at DHL Japan, leading sales organization reform as well as logistics solutions and product launches. In his career, he also worked at Arthur D. Little and Marubeni Corporation.
