Based in Washington D.C., Rubén brings more than 20 years of organizational consulting and leadership development experience to tailor solutions that effectively address organizational, leadership and talent related issues.
He brings a personal and professional passion for working with client across borders, leveraging fluency in several languages, to help them address their more challenging situations. Rubén previously worked for another leading global executive search firm, where he focused on a number of key areas, including CEO succession. He spent 12 years at McKinsey & Co., always as a member of the organization's practice, doing everything from research to client work. His area of expertise was organizational design. He began his career in the public sector in Argentina helping develop public leaders.
