She specializes in both identifying and developing executive talent and supporting boards in their succession needs. Rebecca has been in the consulting industry since the early 2000s. Prior to joining Kilberry, Rebecca worked at Korn Ferry as a Senior Principal in the firm’s Assessment and Succession practice. Previously, Rebecca worked at several smaller boutique firms, and ran her own practice.
She is certified on a wide range of assessment tools. A recognized expert in the industry, she has been published in peer-reviewed journals, and presented at conferences, such as for the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology and the Canadian Psychology Association. She continues to contribute thought leadership through her work on the CEO succession experience.
