Paul Ballman partners with clients to deliver comprehensive assessments and solutions to complex leadership challenges. Based in London, Paul leads the Leadership & Succession Sector in the EMEA region for Russell Reynolds Associates. He has a distinguished track record, both within organizations and as a senior external advisor, that demonstrates his insight and ability to counsel clients on leadership issues. An experienced business psychologist, Paul joined Russell Reynolds Associates from OpenBook Insights, a leadership development consultancy he founded.
Before starting his firm, Paul spent a year with the Cabinet Office of the UK Government, expanding leadership development approaches in the Civil Service. He was Head of Leadership Development for Vodafone UK. Before that, he spent 17 years with a global leadership advisory firm in a number of roles, including time as co-CEO. He has also worked as a tutor with the Roffey Park Institute and began his career in recruitment with Bell Northern Research.
