Mia Keinänen
Mia (she/her) is an advisor specializing in assessment and development work globally, with a particular focus in the Nordics. She is a member of RRA Sustainability Practice.

Mia rejoined Russell Reynolds from another global executive search firm, where she used her knowledge in adult development to advise leaders, management teams and boards. Prior to this, she spent four years at RRA based in Oslo. Before this, she spent 10 years in academia researching decision making and embodied cognition. She started her career as a professional dancer in the US, touring internationally.

Mia holds a masters in technology in education and a doctorate in human development and psychology from Harvard University. During her doctorate studies she was also a research fellow at the MIT Media Lab. She holds a First Class BA with honors in liberal arts and contemporary dance from London Contemporary Dance School/University of Kent, UK.
