Katie Nivard is a leader in RRA's Consumer/Technology, Healthcare sectors and a co-lead of RRA's West Coast Social Impact Practice. She is deeply involved and invested in the firm's Sustainability and DE&I work. She is a trusted client advisor, with a focus on systems thinking and complex, cross-sector partnerships. Katie is passionate about finding disruptive, undiscovered talent and advising the defining leaders and organizations of our time.
Katie joined RRA from the international development non-profit, Mama Hope, where she led Business Development, Marketing, and Strategy. Prior to Mama Hope, she previously held Marketing and Sustainability roles at The Coca-Cola Company and Foundation in Atlanta. While there, she launched and led Coca-Cola's sustainability startup and eco-fashion brand, EKOCYCLE.
Katie is also the Co-founder and CEO of Glorious, where she leads the nonprofit’s US-based operations to support high-impact, women-led education and health programs in East Africa and Central America.
