Juha-Pekka Ahtikari

Juha-Pekka works closely with senior leadership to recruit top talent and enable transformation across sectors with local and international clients. He is a member of the firm's Board & CEO Advisory Practice and has deep experience in the industrial sector.  

Based in Helsinki, Juha-Pekka has experience conducting Board, CEO and C-suite succession planning and searches as well as transformational leadership and top team effectiveness advisory projects for public, private equity and privately held companies. He has recently completed several large-cap CEO, C-suit, private equity, and board member positions as well as board development assignments. Juha-Pekka has cultivated this expertise over a career that spans more than 35 years.

Before joining Russell Reynolds, Juha-Pekka spent more than a decade at two other leading global executive search firms. At these companies, he helped build international client accounts and established successful international-level executive search operations in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tallinn, and Riga.
