Jonathan Gleason

Based in Palo Alto, Jonathan focuses on the leadership of hardware and hybrid systems in advanced manufacturing, IoT, mobility, and robotics. He’s passionate about bringing emerging tech into companies through leadership transformation. Working mainly in the C-suite, Jonathan recruits across functional roles.

Jonathan joined Russell Reynolds Associates from the global technology law firm Gunderson Dettmer, where he held a series of senior operating roles including business development, marketing, partner onboarding, and performance management. He also managed the operations of the firm’s captive venture capital fund. Jonathan began his career in motorsports.
