Jim Bagley

Jim Bagley helps the world’s top companies recruit Chief Human Resources Officers and other senior human capital leaders. Based in New York, Jim Bagley leads Russell Reynold’s Associates’ global Human Resources practice. Engaging clients across all geographies, he focuses on Chief Human Resource Officers and other senior human capital roles at leading organizations in the industrial, consumer, technology, financial services, healthcare, and the nonprofit world. In addition to previously co-managing the firm's New York office, he led the global Corporate Officers Sector.

Jim began his first stint at Russell Reynolds Associates as Director of Human Resources in 1984. He was recruited by Russell Reynolds to become Senior Vice President, Human Resources at MasterCard International, where he had global responsibility for the firm's comprehensive human resources activities. Earlier, Jim was a Benefits and Compensation Consultant with Alexander & Alexander Services, Inc., and worked with State Mutual Life Insurance Company.
