Jesús Arévalo

Jesús Arévalo works with leading technology companies to recruit top leadership talent.  Based in Madrid, Jesús is a trusted advisor to both regional and international clients. He leverages his broad industry experience to help companies ranging from multinationals to startups navigate a changing digital landscape. He is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Technology Sector. 

Jesús joined us from Microsoft, where he was the chief operating officer and chief marketing officer for Microsoft Norway. In this role, he drove digital transformation for customers and partners through the company’s cloud services. Through his 12-year tenure with Microsoft, Jesús held roles of progressive seniority, working in cities including Miami, Madrid and Seattle. Jesús has extensive sales operations and product marketing experience in the software, cloud, digital, advertising spaces.

He is passionate about how technology can help people, especially how tools like cloud and artificial intelligence can reshape business.
