Jesse Reich

Based in New York, Jesse leads our Technology Officers practice in the Americas, with a focus on chief information officers, chief technology officers, chief digital officers, chief product officers, and chief data and analytics officers. Jesse also works closely with private equity firms to recruit tech and digitally-enabled leadership teams for their portfolio companies.

Jesse started his career at Russell Reynolds Associates in 2012 and has served in a number of positions within the company. He previously served as the Chief of Staff to our former CEO, Clarke Murphy, where he established himself as an insightful and trusted advisor. That included working as a part of several teams that reviewed the company's operational efficiencies and technology roadmap and implemented global initiatives.

Jesse started working with us on our knowledge team, before transitioning to research in the technology sector. His work helped develop the firm's thought leadership on digital, data, and cyber through data-driven insights on human capital and leadership succession trends.
