James Diggines leads the Global Financial Services Sector at Russell Reynolds Associates.
Based in Singapore, James works with local and global companies, with a focus on banking and private equity. He has completed numerous CEO and leadership assignments, and is passionate about succession, development and assessment.James has been with our firm for more than 15 years, completing hundreds of searches during his tenure. He has a horizontal focus, helping financial services clients address their transformation, sustainability and ESG goals.
James has more than 20 years of executive search experience, working at a boutique firm in London before joining Russell Reynolds. He has spent time in both London and Singapore, providing customers with an international view.
James received a BSc in politics from the University of Bristol.
