Based in Munich, Immo is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Industrial Sector and Energy & Natural Resources Practice. He advises companies on their digital transformation initiatives, with an emphasis on industrial technology, IoT and alternative clean tech. Leveraging his experience throughout Germany and Silicon Valley, Immo builds executive and non-executive leadership teams for leading clients around the world, including companies specializing in industrial software and semiconductor sensors.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Immo spent six years as a partner at another leading international executive search firm, where he co-led its global IoT Sector and Innovation function. Earlier in his career, Immo worked at another leadership advisory firm where he was a senior client partner in the Industrial and Technology Practices.
