An organizational psychologist, executive coach, team effectiveness facilitator, and succession practitioner, Ilana has more than 25 years of leadership advisory experience. She works with CEOs and executive teams of leading companies across industries, from multinationals to start-ups.
Ilana focuses her time on three core areas: team effectiveness, C-Suite succession, and leadership development and coaching. She has helped clients overcome critical challenges such as new leadership teams and geographies, leadership transitions, and overcoming leadership weaknesses. She solves such challenges through formal coaching journeys lasting up to 18 months. She is coaching leaders transition into new roles, building their team’s effectiveness, leadership brand, executive presence while developing their emotional intelligence and personal resilience
Ilana joined the firm from a boutique consulting practice, where she designed executive team effectiveness programs, delivered CEO succession projects, and built executive coaching relationships across the C-suite. She has always specialized in team effectiveness and supporting leaders to maximize the impact of their executive teams. Before that role, Ilana worked at consulting and learning development firms. She began her career as a movement therapist with a specialization in addictive behavior disorders and broader issues related to mental health.
