Elizabeth “Lizzy” Brown helps companies recruit for new roles and carve-outs, leveraging talent to create transformative customer solutions. Based in San Francisco, Lizzy specializes in recruiting for and advising a range of functional executives with expertise spanning digital, data and analytics, and customer experience. Lizzy is a member of the Consumer Sector and Digital & Media and Marketing Officers Practices at Russell Reynolds Associates. She also conducts functional placements in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and serves as an internal champion for the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Lizzy was with Huron Consulting Group, where she led engagements in workforce productivity and cost optimization at nonprofit healthcare systems throughout the United States. Earlier, she worked in talent acquisition at Deloitte Consulting Group in Washington, DC.
