Edward Mason

Edward Mason is a member of the Board & CEO Advisory Partners and is based in London. He advises clients on leadership challenges during periods of significant change, including high growth, turnarounds and transformations. Edward works closely with privately-held and public companies on a wide range of senior executive and board-level appointments.  

Edward rejoined Russell Reynolds Associates when The Zygos Partnership became part of the firm in 2017. He previously worked at Skillcapital as a Senior Associate in the Technology & Media sector, where he advised clients on board-level recruitment into private equity-backed businesses and conducted due diligence on acquisition targets. He spent the first four years of his executive search career within the Board Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates in London, and focused on non-executive recruitment and CEO succession planning for FTSE-listed and private equity-backed companies.
