Catarina Curry works at the intersection of the energy transition, sustainability, private capital, and financial services. She is passionate about helping organizations achieve their strategic agenda and having a positive impact on the world. With over 20 years of experience working in energy and financial services, she partners with boards, CEOs, and leadership teams to recruit and assess great leaders.

Based in Stockholm, but having worked 17 years in London, Catarina advises clients across the Nordics and Europe on professional hires and development, recruiting sustainability professionals and sustainable c-suite leaders. She partners with clients trying to drive the energy transition, helping to establish top-performing, sustainable leadership teams. She also works with private capital firms and the broader financial services industry, recruiting investment professionals, senior experts, board members, and C-suite positions. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is at the core of each recruitment.

Catarina joined Russell Reynolds Associates from another global executive search firm in Stockholm, where she was a member of the global sustainability team and Nordic financial services and private equity team. Prior to that, she spent 17 years at Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London, working with clients in energy and fixed-income sales. She started her career at Shell, where she spent six years working in the European downstream business, leading divisions focused on sales, supply chain, risk management, and derivative sales.
