Catarina Abrantes excels at supporting companies delivering on their value creation plans, particularly in periods of significant transformation.  A values-driven leader with a deep sense of purpose, Catarina leads the Global Industrial Services and Infrastructure practice and is a senior member of the Private Equity team.

Based in London, she recruits CEOs, senior executives and non-executive directors and has extensive experience advising clients on leadership and talent development, as well as board composition. Catarina has global experience in strategy, digital innovation and change management programs, working at companies like Expedia Inc, where she led global strategy for the Hotels.com brand. She has also held leadership roles at Doosan and Alstom. Catarina began her career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co.
