Based in Madrid, Carmen runs executive and non-executive searches with both local and international clients, working with our DE&I and sustainability teams to find the right leaders for each company.
Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Carmen spent 15 years at The Boston Consulting Group, where she led strategic planning, due diligence, and digital transformation projects around the world. She began her career in operations and production management with PSA Peugeot Citroën in Paris.

Carmen has an MS in industrial engineering from the ICAI Engineering School at the Comillas Pontifical University. She also holds an MBA, with honors, from Columbia Business School in New York. She speaks fluent English, French and Spanish.
