Callie Bennett

Callie Bennett brings over a decade of experience in progressive merchandising, design operations, and product management roles within global retail environments, in addition to nearly a decade in executive search. Based in San Francisco, she specializes in Chief Financial Officer and other senior-level finance assignments for a broad range of publicly-traded, private equity-backed, and privately held enterprises, predominantly with organizations in retail, hospitality, consumer manufacturing, consumer technology, services, and media/entertainment industries.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Callie spent six years as an executive recruiter at another global executive search firm in their financial officer’s practice. Previously, she led talent acquisition for Gap Inc.'s corporate functions. During her prior 12 years at Gap Inc., she served in progressive merchandising and design operations leadership roles at Gap Outlet and Banana Republic, including an ex-pat assignment in Tokyo, Japan. Callie began her career in technology mergers and acquisitions at Broadview International, focusing on SaaS and semiconductor sectors.
