Ben Shrewsbury

Ben Shrewsbury leads the global Operations & Supply Chain Officers Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates.   He advises clients across functional disciplines and industry verticals with a primary focus on integrated supply chain and operationally oriented general management, CEO, and Board roles within both public and private operating models. He is based in Dallas.  Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Ben was a management consultant with Kearney, working primarily in the firm’s transportation and infrastructure practice.

Before consulting, Ben spent over seven years with the United States Air Force in various roles including advisor, Iraqi Ministry of Defense; Defense Contracting Management Agency (DCMA), Afghanistan; and the Commander’s Action Group (CAG), Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts.
