Anthony has more than 25 years of leadership and talent consulting experience, joining Russell Reynolds from Deloitte where he was a Senior Partner and global leader of Deloitte Leadership. He was responsible for the growth, strategy, and business operations of the company’s leadership advisory practice, focusing on CEO and CxO transitions, succession, and the development of next-generation executives. He spent close to 18 years at Accenture before joining Deloitte, closing his tenure as a Global Managing Director and global leader of the HR consulting business.
