Andrea Giudici

Andrea Giudici advises clients on how to address complex leadership challenges and successfully navigate technological transformations. Based in Milan, Andrea works with a broad spectrum of clients at the intersection of technology and financial services. He is an experienced problem solver, focused on making complex and ambiguous challenges easy to digest to ensure engagement and impact.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Andrea was a principal in The Boston Consulting Group’s technology practice. He specialized in bringing technology to financial institutions, transforming operating models and guiding change management. He was also a member of the company’s Career Development Committee for Italy, Greece and Turkey. Andrea also spent six years at Unicredit, holding a number of project management and subject matter expert roles.
