Amy Saddington is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates' Healthcare Services Practice, specializing in board, CEO and other senior-level executive searches for payor, provider and HealthTech companies.  She is based in Dallas.

Amy's recent work includes CEO and Board searches for healthcare services and HCIT companies, C-Suite searches for integrated delivery networks and senior vice president searches for national payers.  Additionally, Amy has advised integrated delivery networks and academic medical centers on structuring and recruiting Chief Digital, Chief Innovation and Chief Transformation Officers.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Amy served as Director of Performance Technologies at The Advisory Board Company (NASDAQ: ABCO), a Washington, D.C. based company, providing data-driven guidance to hospital and health system executives. During Amy's tenure, she worked closely with hospital CEOs and physician executives to drive hospital-physician alignment, and transition to a value-based care model.

Amy received her bachelor's degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.​
