Based in Beijing, Alex specializes in assessment and development at Russell Reynolds Associates, providing insights on senior leadership talent to specific markets and industries. He has in-depth experience with psychometric and cognitive instruments as well as competency-based assessment tools.

Alex’s depth of talent development grew during his time as vice president and talent management practice leader at Right Management, a talent management firm. Before that, he was a senior consultant at Development Dimensions International and the Siemens Management Institute. Earlier in his career, Alex worked as a wealth management consultant at HSBC Australia and as a regional manager at Heineken HK Ltd. He also worked as a marketing executive at Shell China.
