A passion to giving back

We take pride in giving back to the communities where we live and work. We provide financial support through the RRA 50 Forward Fund, our registered 501(c)3 charitable foundation, which allows us to support the charitable causes that are most important to our people, as well as respond quickly to crises around the world to support colleagues and communities in need.

Additionally, many of our offices have longstanding commitments to volunteering and community service. Our localized approach allows us to address issues in the places we live and work, as well as share our time, skills, resources, and winning spirit for the greatest impact. Community partnerships are crucial to fulfilling our purpose. Through these connections, we can move sustainability forward faster.

It’s our honor to serve Houston through volunteerism with arts, education, community health, and other organizations. Beyond doing good for others, volunteering builds office camaraderie and creates leadership roles for colleagues who champion the causes they’re passionate about. We are committed to attracting and retaining a diverse workforce, as well as creating an inclusive environment in which all our colleagues can thrive and be successful. Our plans to create a diverse, inclusive, and equitable (DE&I) workplace combine firm-wide DE&I initiatives with office-specific efforts that address local contexts and opportunities. We also offer eight firm-wide Inclusion Networks, which create a unique opportunity for dialogue through discussions with internal and external leaders, and professional development through skill-building workshops.
